BLOODY CAESAR - Felix

1 oz Vodka
Celery salt
1 dash Worcestershire sauce (2 to 3 dashes for the more daring!)
1 dash Tabasco sauce (more for a spicy drink!)
Clamato juice (Motts or other make. Motts also sell a spicy mix)
Salt
Pepper

Wet the rim of a tall glass and dust with celery salt. Place in freezer for several minutes. Fill iced glass with ice and ingredients. Garnish with a celery stick, drinking straw, and a lime wedge.
Note: Without the Vodka, it is known as a 'Bloody Shame' or a 'Virgin Caesar'.

BAILEY'S - Susan

1 1/2 cup blended Whiskey (I use a cheap brand!)
1 Can Eagle Brand milk (use a cheaper one if you want)
1 Pint whipping cream
2 Eggs
4 Tbs Hersheys Syrup
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 tsp water

Mix in blender. Store in refrigerator. Shake well before serving.

4 cups pineapple juice
4 cups limeade
4 cups orange juice
4 cups orange pop
8 cups ginger ale
fresh orange slices
fresh strawberries (optional, for garnish) Add vodka if you want!
